Don't buy the throw and instead select all other sizes which all others are 90 inches long. I assume you your self can figure out the math and know if you are 6" you are 72 inches long. And to your shoulders it sounds like 70 inches if using the throw size might work. And my hubby who is 6' tall but slim finds a 70 to 72 inch throw blanket for warmth perfect for watching TV winter seasons. BUT if he's laying down in bed to sleep he would find it too short as he's no longer sitting up right for one and he want's enough to cover his shoulders and feet both and 70 might be a tad short for that. So for him I would buy the twin 90 inch if it was meant still as a kind of throw item in summers and not actually making up a bed with it. If you want to make a bed tucked in or not get the right size for the bed. So buy a queen or king or twin etc. The 90" twin will fit an XL twin bed by the way nicely. Really YOU had to ask the question yet engage your own brain to answer it and educate yourself on your NEEDs and tastes. I can't read your mind or what you like from here.
