Great flavor. Highly recommended.
I really like this sausage seasoning. It turns out great every time. If you have some cheese you can add, it makes them even better. You could just do "fresh" sausage, but I add cure and smoke it in a smoker. They are very popular with my friends at gatherings.

Tasty, but lacking heat
I did what some other reviewers suggested which is using only ~20 pounds of meat instead of 25, and also added an extra shake or three of red pepper flake. Overall the taste is really good, I like that it's got little bits of jalapeno in every bite. Even though I added red pepper flake to the mix, it's still very mild in my opinion. It would pair nicely with some actual spicy jalapeno or habanero cheese, and always goes nice with some decent crackers.

Used this for the first time. Our sausage came out great. Has just the right amount of spice for us. Would definetly recommend and I wil be using it again next year!
