I had researched it effectiveness for about a week on the web and remembered my Mom and Grandmother used Castor Oil on their aches, pains, and us children too. Tried to clear some ivy outside my building, and got a horrid rash. It was Boston ivy, not even poison ivy! I put this lovely, dark oil on the OPEN SORES, and within two days, it was healed. It was also amazing for detangling my hair before dying. (My hair, not me.) Highly recommend. Whoever makes this castor oil puts it in a dark bottle and ships it safely. And of course, we only want dark, cold-pressed ORGANIC oils, right?
