Happy overall
Lovely flavour Less bloating I can imagine long term you would get great health benefits but as it only lasts 5 days its quite expensive to upkeep

This has really improved my gut health and I am feeling much less bloated and feeling more well in myself

Reliable and works well
Anytime I have antibiotics or some kind of illness that could affect my microbiome I buy a bottle of this. It seems to help resettle things well. Missing a star as the price is very high. But it’s vegan and the strawberry tastes good and it seems to do its job well.

Tastes nice, feeling less bloated, but have been taking it less than a week, so too early yet to tell how it will affect my overall health.
