AJC Battery Compatible with FirstPower FP1232 12V 3.2Ah Sealed Lead Acid Battery

I was going to throw away a perfectly good black and Decker inflator when it occurred to me to check the battery inside. I took apart the unit, unsoldered the negative battery terminal and installed this one. Works great! No more beeping low battery alarm and it holds a charge like when it was new.

This battery fit perfectly as a replacement for a FirstPower FP1232 that had died in a Black and Decker Air Station cordless inflator. I just had to remove the Air Station cover, cut one of the wires connected to the battery, add about a half dozen thick electrical tape strips in the same places that the FirstPower battery had rubberized buffers and add a crimped spade connector to the cut Air Station wire. The battery arrived fully charged. Replacing the battery was a much better value than buying a new inflator with cordless, rechargeable capabilities, even if this battery doesn't last as long as the original.

Worked perfectly as a replacement battery for my Black and Decker tire pump.

Bought it for my dad, he needed it for his air compressor. No complaints. Also- you are able to fly with it. TSA would just put some kind of sticker on it.
