Had never heard of this product so did some reading. This is a skin topical peptide used for sun damaged and wrinkled skin. This is a great product! It’s slightly thicker than a water based serum but gets completely absorbed! I have used it in various positions of my skin routine. I tend to use it toward the later part of my skin routine but before retinol. I’ve NEVER had any Retinol/ Retinaldehyde/ Tretinoin ever dry my face , but for those of you that do, I would place this peptide o top of your “ retinol type” product to give u some moisture. All The Ordinary products I’ve used really are fragrance free and work great!! Will continue to purchase and use!

As a woman who starting perimenopause, it's hard to find products that feel wonderful. Our bodies are constantly changing it as we age I don't like heavy products on my face. For me, this product is lightweight and wonderful I wear it morning and night and yes I do mix other products with it but when I'm in a rush this is usually what I just quickly throw on and it's wonderful. I feel like the quantity is great my skin appearance has looked healthier. I still have fine lines but I believe it's still working cuz I've only been wearing it for 3 months now. Everything takes time but the fact that it's so lightweight it doesn't leave my face sticky and I just feel like I've seen such a beautiful difference I highly recommend this product! I use a few moisturizers (The Ordinary + Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream), and wanted something that would add extra water-back-in before moisturizer. Likes: Thicker texture (in a good way): This isn’t watery. It’s a bit thick, and a little goes a long way. Virtually unscented: No strong fragrance. Real hydration boost: I wake up dewy and hydrated, especially when I use it at night under moisturizer. Plays well with other products: Layers nicely with my other moisturizers and under makeup with no pilling. Good value per use: It feels “expensive” even though it costs less than many drugstore brands, but because you use so little, the bottle lasts. How long it lasts: For me, this bottle lasts about 1–2 months depending on whether you use it once or twice daily and whether you apply it to neck/chest/hands too. Notes / expectations: Hyaluronic acid is great for hydration, but it’s not a miracle for under-eye bags/dark circles. Would I buy again? Yes, already planning to. I love The Ordinary brand! I have switched up my skincare routine to only this brand and my skin looks and feels better. I will not change to another brand after this.
