For those who have tried the Piper wellness kit for awhile, what are your results from your blood work?

Mine was 219 overall 6 months ago. I've been on this for 4 weeks prior to another blood draw and before that, taking other OTC, homeopathic med. When last tested, my cholesterol had reduced to 195 overall. I eat fairly healthy tho too - very little dairy, red meat, etc. so it's likely a combo effort to get it down.

Why does this have so much sugar? 6 grams is too much. 1 Teaspoon = 4 grams.

The new formula now has 4 grams of sugar per serving.

Everyone says they taste good. But do they work?

They taste great! AND it dropped my bad Cholesterol from 250 to 194 in 6 months!!! :) My doctor was shocked!

Will this increase hdl?

I can only say that my levels increased. It may be because of this product, or it may not be. I have no idea what it will do for others.
