Satisfied gift for my parents
Overall the product is good for 4-5 people family member as is 21l MW. It has different Microwave functionality to choose from with easy to use manuals and switch, noise level also very low and looks wise decent and compact. For that price point, I would say it is a value for money.

Worst microwave ever- shiny promises, junk delivery. Save yourself the headache, never again Samsung
Buying a Samsung microwave oven has turned out to be one of the worst purchasing decisions I’ve ever made. The product itself is deeply disappointing – within first power on, it started showing problems that no premium brand should have. Instead of reliable performance, I’ve been left with a defective and practically unusable appliance. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the service from Samsung. Customer support has been unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly failing to resolve the issue. Service requests are either delayed, closed without action, or brushed off with excuses. Technicians don’t show up as promised, spare parts are said to be “not available,” and warranty coverage is denied on flimsy grounds. It is shocking to see a company of Samsung’s size provide such poor after-sales support. A product can fail, but when the service system is broken too, it shows a complete lack of responsibility towards customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering a Samsung microwave to think twice. You risk not only wasting money on an unreliable product but also going through endless frustration with their appalling service.

It is a improved technology model with 360 degree convection. Light in weight. Outer surface is painted with powder quoting black colour quoting. Inner ceramic thermal paint is with 3years warranty. The keyboard is provided with touch screen. This model is advice for 4 people family. Amazon delivery shedule & packing are well maintained.

Running fine the option for temperature from 800 to 100 degree is best does not burnt the things another feature is auto cut when dish is ready if in mode time is more
