Worst robovac with failing water pump
Don't buy Eufy. They do not have any service facility and their water pump fails. I bought L60 Hybrid last years and have been facing pathetic service response from them. Every time they reply is asking some silly question like what did you use, upload log etc. They kept me engaged for last one month and now after replying to their almost 10 queries, there is radio silence.

Love this!
I have had my Eufy for 3 years now (forgot to write a review). I love it! I had a dog when I got it, which since passed away - and now have a Golden Retriever. I run this vacuum each morning and it has no trouble keeping up with the dog fur. As I can’t get the liquid cleaner in Canada, I have been using 1/2 tsp of basic cleaner (can’t name it here) with hot water in the canister - it cleans enough to lift little marks and smudges in the floors. It’s not scrubbing the floors, but it’s enough to keep them looking decent between other cleaning. I also purchased a set of replacement pads so I have several to use - then I just wash and hang to dry once a week. This little machine sure helps with keeping the house clean - I do other cleaning while it runs and by the time I’m done - the floors are all clean too.

Highly recommend
I researched and read reviews of several robovacs varying in price. This one has the highest rating for the money. I went with it. It was fairly cheap, so if it didn't work, I wouldn't be out much. I have 2 medium dogs, 2 cats, a farmer husband, 4 teenage kids (and all their friends), and hard wood floors. Needless to say, the floor could stand to be swept hourly. I am tickled with this Eufy because it is short enough to fit under my couches and collect the dust, dirt, and hair that used to settle under them. Now it is clean when I move the furniture. The dust bin is large enough to where I only have to empty it once mid-cleaning. Someone in the reviews was upset that it didn't maintain a memory. Imo, I am glad it doesn't. Furniture and stuff doesn't remain in the same location in my house (for instance, an ottoman, or shoes a corner, etc), so with each cycle the floor 'map' is a little different. Battery life has been excellent and on par with what they advertise. It does wonder a bit, but if left alone, it wonders back and always completes the room. It maneuvers under furniture legs well and rarely gets stuck. I had no trouble setting up and connecting to wifi. The app that helps control the vac is great. The suction power must be pretty good as I have zero complaints of anything left behind. I have not used the mop function yet. I am pleased.

Day one…loving it. (And here are some Wi-Fi s/u considerations if you, too, had difficulties)
FYI: I tried a robot vacuum previously but was uninspired, at best. My mother’s love of her Eufy (and she has had a variety of robot vacuums) combined w finding myself on crutches for the next few weeks, has inspired me to try again. I had adjusted my expectations for this purchase. However, I think that for the price she (aka “the good child”) has done a fine job. (I don’t expect her to spring clean, but I do expect to not feel the need to walk in the door and clean the floor…which she has accomplished. Sadly, she had plenty of catching up to do on this first day at work.) She does a nice job of trying to maintain her Z-path despite obstacles and is notably less random than most of these I have seen. Either way, she eventually seems to come back to touch bases with all the places she is able to reach. She’s only cleaning downstairs and the floor plan is generally pretty open. The dog, though initially concerned (whining at her as if to ask her to stop), eventually got used to her and responded little when she ran into him a few times. The tile-depth jump that she had to do on the periphery of LR didn’t phase her. (The previous one I had couldn’t remotely deal with the height difference.) And she found her way home on her first voyage, though she did initially seem to be trying to take the direct route through the wall on the other side of the charging station. I initially was unable to establish connection to the Wi-Fi, as I noted in other posts. I called Eufy to get a rather condescending, though eventually helpful, individual who noted the following… (Why is this not in the sad instructions??!! And why would he be condescending when apparently he’s had to explain this a few times when the initial s/u efforts failed?) Push on-off 5x, ending in the on position when Eufy should verbally acknowledge you. Then press and hold the top ON button until she again speaks/beeps. (Mine spoke. She’s brilliant!) **Make sure you are standing very close to your home router while right next to/holding Eufy (who does not have to be on the base, though should be adequately charged). Exit and then restart the Eufy app. Work through the s/u to get to the Wi-Fi setting. (On my Android I selected my Eufy and clicked connect. It still said I had no internet but I was connected. Then press the back button to return to the Eufyhome screen.) Then I was shown a % progress for connection that rapidly completed and allowed me to finish the s/u. :-) I’ll try to update if things change, but I’m currently quite happy with my purchase.

Low Quality
After 7 months of light use, the battery is dead. Contacted the customer service, they will send a new battery to try. My concern is that I could get a new battery because I'm still under the warranty, how about after another 5 months? If the battery dies again I'll pay from my own pocket. My advice STAY away from such Chinese companies, pay more and get a famous reliable brand.
