I have had trouble with constipation for many years. I was told by my doctor that a product I have been using is not good for my colon and that Triphala does not harm the colon. I was doubtful that it would work but it did (4 tablets a night). Its gentle, too!

I liked that the product does what it says it does. I use it after every meal and don't feel bloated. It is Ayurvedic and it works. If one does not like taking pills there is a powder form that can be put in water or juice. It works if you have sluggish bowel problems. I would recommend.

I have tried multiple different brands of triphala and so far this one has been the best that I have tried. Helps keep me regular but does not cause me running to the bathroom. This is gentle but effective. The pills are a bit large but not difficult to swallow as long as you drink plenty of water with them.

Triphala is an amazing Ayurvedic cleanser and detox, and this brand it's the best I had tried. I don't why people have the idea that is to loose weight... But helps to keep to maintain weight by cleaning the system. Can't live without it.

This aids me in my digestion and intestinal clearing. I only take one a day, and have been doing so for years. I stick only with this brand. It works! I can tell when I don’t take it the difference it makes.

Usually buy the regular Triphala. This works ok, but will return to buy the regular next time.
