Does the necessary hardware come with the hitch?

Im still waiting on mines…i only received the hitch(no bolts)

It doesn't come with a wiring harness. Which wiring harness do I need to buy?

Oyviny 3-2 Wire Custom 4 Pin Trailer Wiring Harness for Toyota Highlander 2008-2019 is the one I used and it worked very well. As for the hitch I would go a different route not impressed with this one. It hangs to far below the bumper. Maybe Drawtite or dealer installation would be the way I would go next time.
