LG WKE100HWA WashTower Stacked Smart Laundry Center 4.5 Cu.Ft. Front Load Washer & 7.4 Cu.Ft. Electric Dryer in White

I seriously love this washer dryer combo. I somehow missed it was one piece and very heavy so that made it challenging to get moved but the ease of using it controls is great. Some people complained about how low the washer is I’m 5’6” and find the height perfect. My clothes basket fits right below the door so no problem there and I don’t struggle to find items like I did at the laundry mat machines. The capacity is huge and this has to be the quietest washer and dryer I have ever owned. It’s so quiet I check on it to make sure it hasn’t finished and I missed hearing the buzzer. Something I don’t understand is why my clothes come out cleaner than they did using the laundry mat machine but they do. I highly recommend this set/combo. I believe it’s a great quality and very efficient.

Working well. Silent. Big capacity. It's one piece, arriving in one big box, actually washing tower. The delivery on Amazon wasn't seen, but actually it was very fast, just 10 days. I was contacted directly from delivery service to confirm the divery date, it was still not seen on Amazon site. Don't worry if you can't track the shipment.

Product was shipped and even delivered to the exact room where we needed it. Setup was reading. We currently use it daily and have had no problems.

Purchased in April. Update: the dryer quit after just 10 weeks. LG customer service and warranty are non existent. After 2 full months of them promising to send a repair technician, I finally hired my own and at my own expense. I decided not to pay for a very expensive computer issue. During the best month of no assistance still from LG, I bought a replacement. At the end of the 3rd month of no help, they offered to send a replacement unit. Mind you, everytime I had to move the unit, I had to pay people to move, install, uninstall. I have no use for a lousy unit that has no warranty. Because of this, I will never consider LG products again.

Hinky rig has the alcove size but little of the longer attachment necessities...

I purchased an LG ThinQ washer/dryer combo unit in May 2023 (model #: lg-WKE100HWA). Less than two years later (Feb. 28, 2026) the unit began leaking. After investigating the issue a plumber friend helped identify the cause: the washer drum itself had cracked. I contacted LG customer support and was told that the 10-year warranty only covers the motor while all other parts are covered for one year. Because the unit was outside the warranty I was offered a flat-rate repair service of $424.35 regardless of the issue. When LG took the payment they also told me I would be responsible for pulling the washer/dryer unit out of the closet myself because their assigned repair service would not move the appliance. After I explained that the drum appeared to be cracked LG confirmed they could replace it for the same price and scheduled service. The next day the repair company LG assigned called and said they do not service LG combo units. When I contacted LG again they refunded my payment and told me to find a repair company on my own. A major structural component failed in under two years, the repair was not covered by warranty, and LG ultimately could not repair the appliance after initially taking payment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing this or, frankly, any other appliance from LG.

I have a Rinnai tankless water heater beside this Laundry Center. This LG front load washer pulses the water into the drum. The water pulse does not stay on long enough to get hot water into the wash drum and because of this I am never able to wash clothes in even warm water. Also, after a spin the clothes are extremely wrinkled and I have to crawl inside the washer to retrieve clothes at the back of the drum. The dryer is great, but I hate this washer. If you have a tankless water heater, do not buy a water pulsing washer, you'll not get any hot water.
