Flavourful Masa Harina for Mexican corn tortillas
Not sure what the 1 star reviewer was expecting? Maybe they don't understand the product, what to do with it or what is should taste like. Masa Harina is _not_ normal corn flour. This is a flavourful Masa Harina that made the best corn tortillas I have ever tasted in the UK. The colour is a bonus too if you have guests round as blue corn tortillas can be found easily in the top UK Mexican places but red is more unique. As each variety of corn often contributes a subtle taste difference, if all red corn makes Masa Harina like this then I think it is my favourite of the main colours. I've not made Tamales using it yet but for tortillas, was impressed for something we can get in the UK. Will re-order when I run out.

my new favourite MASA tried blue and white and will stick with red
i love this MASA make great tortillas only red masa on amazon uk if you have tried blue and white i suggest trying this one really nice taste

Good value for money
Very mild flavour so I add a little more heat (we're huge chilli fans), but makes great tortillas

The best you will find!
I have tried many different flour mixtures for authentic tortillas and quesadillas and this one is by far the best I've found, smooth and moist tortillas, perfect texture and fantastic taste 👌🏼 is the real deal!

Bag was split into another bag, not sure how it was sealed but no longer considered food-grade and so wasn't useful
