I received bihome maxi instead of ultimate can I use it in canister filter mabe break it up will it work as good

Same thing happened to me on one of my orders. I use the maxi in one of my filters and ultimate in 2. Maxi works as good as the other 2. I'm not sure what filter or trays you are filling but I fill mine to the top. Most media that come with the filters fill only half at best. By filling the entire tray you will use more than what usually comes with the filters. I also broke some apart to fill in .
