Good for your health
My doctor recommended me taking these. So far so good. They come in gel capsules. I couldn't find them at the store or Costco or Sam's club... They are bigger than I expected....I take a bunch of vitamins daily, so I take these on the first swallow....2 capsules per day. Olive oil is the healthiest oil and it's great for your skin.
