Good product
I started taking this probiotic and noticed a difference in my body almost right away. I feel great, and I’ve even lost a few pounds since I began using it. I started by taking three capsules a day for the first three days, which really helped cleanse my system. After that, I followed the recommended dose of two per day, and my digestion has been back on track ever since. Now I’m down to one a day, and I continue to feel really good.

Good Probiotic and Prebiotic
I've been using these probiotics for a couple of years due to gut inflammation, bloating and digesting problems. I've noticed they've increased the pill size to 90 to 120 and bacteria stran to 45 to 60 (the new bottle is on the left side and older one on right.) This also has helped my overall gut health and for the price is very good. I would recommend.

Good product.It delivers on its promises
I being having issues with my stomach for months, so make the decision to start a probiotic suplement to help my digestive system. So I make my search and I found this brand who offer a good probiotic and a exellent price compared with other brands. And for the 2 day of taking it, including starting to see and feeling a lot better , I am in my 2 week , and I could know that something changed on me. Feeling better way much better. I give this product 9 of 10 . They give you what it promise.

These are easy to swallow and get down because they have a sweet coating. Very good buy!
These work pretty good for the price. The best part about it was when I first opened the bottle, I thought to myself “wow these are kind of big.” Then when I popped one in my mouth, it seemed like they’re coded with some sweetness and it made it very much easier to pallet. That was a bit of a surprise, but a good one. Since this is the first time taking these, I only took one even though it is recommended to take two. I want to make sure I’m being careful but so far so good.

Not what I hoped for.
Been taking this for several months now and there has been NO difference noticeable in my system. Sadly I will now have to try something else.
