I use this product every morning. I am 74 years old and if I don’t drink enough water I inevitably get an UTI. This gives my body enough hydration to help prevent an UTI. Some days you’re busy and away from home and you don’t have water with you. So I have a routine of drinking one of these first thing every morning. I hope this helps at least one person. The taste is mild and it comes in different flavors. I like the watermelon.

This is good electrolyte. This is my favorate flavor too. I get it every month. Easy to take with you anywhere.

The flavors are good (Lemon Lime is my favorite), and the single packets make it super easy to use anywhere. It is a little sweet, but I just add extra water and it’s perfect. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the boost in hydration.

The tropical punch flavor really does taste super refreshing while keeping you hydrated. My ex loved this flavor and I would also drink it occasionally until I switched to the sugar free ones. If you want a sugar free flavor suggestion, I am obsessed with the Liquid IV sugar-free raspberry lemonade.

Favorite flavor. Super solid. Only thing I don’t like about Liquid IV is the price. I got it on sale for $16 (a dollar a packet) and that felt reasonable. I won’t dock it for that however because this stuff is awesome to give me a boost for the day. I have a weak stomach and this doesn’t negatively affect me whatsoever.

For sports and emergency hydration these work great ... as a caretaker i always keep a pack handy for dehydration events. My daughter always had these on hand for college marching band in Florida. If a team member was in need Liquid IV helped to resolve before things got worse.
