I'm unsure how effective they are health wise, but I can say I've had no issues. They taste fine aswell, they are abit sticky in texture but not dramatically. Not really a product I'd highly recommend, or avoid, just one of those things we take and hope it's doing something nice for us.

Ha sido tomar estás gominolas durante 1 semana y todo solucionado. No es barato pero los probióticos de la farmacia que me recomendó la médica son bastante más caros y seguro que menos sabrosos. Ya casi se ha gastado y he pedido el siguiente. Voy por el tercer bote. Una maravilla.
