Great product at a great price.
Sturdy construction & very easy to use. Transfers data within minutes. A great way to share home videos/pictures with friends and family. Quality is as the original cd/dvd as near as I have noticed. I am very pleased with the purchase of this product.

Works perfect
What a great little unit. I've been looking for something like this for a long time to copy cds. I have some very rare master reels from my father in laws studio i inherited from the 70s. Had them slightly baked to loosen them up and transfer them onto a cd. Sound quality wasn't bad. It could definitely be better with a full bake and restoration. I had one cd copy of all the Reels, so I bought this copier and it works, perfect, right out of the gate. I didn't even have to do anything but put the disk in. I highly recommend this product if you're wanting to copy CD or DVD.

I Could KICK Myself For Not Getting One Sooner
I make lots of my own dvd's - for my use and for friends & family. My previous PC came with some software which was pretty great, although the process took a while - first a disc image had to be created and then the actual burning process could begin. Nevertheless, it was overall a successful process. That computer died after many reliable years, I got a new one and bought a new version of the old software. The new software is on its way back to Amazon as I type. What crap it was/is! I had looked at this copier many times, but always talked myself out of it - mostly for the cost. I finally went ahead and got one. WOWOWOWOW! It literally is a take-it-out-of-the-box,-plug-it-in-and-begin-to-copy/burn-immediately kind of deal! It burns a complete dvd in 7 minutes - no creating disc images and a really fast burn. Did it cost some $$? Yes, but the frustration often in using even the good software and the frustration using the various crap softwares I tried is more than worth the cost of this unit. When I used it the first time, I realized what a bozo I was for not ordering one after the first time I considered it. Oh, and here's another plus...when my new computer finally crashes sometime in the (hopefully) distant future, I will still have this fantastic, stand-alone unit. There will be no need for buying/trying replacement software, with new product keys to register because the old keys died with the old pc. I love sharing my home-made dvd's with my friends and family. This unit has sure made that sharing a whole lot easier! WIN WIN WIN!

Okay duplicator
At first I hated this duplicator. I was trying to copy a video that was recorded as an .mp4 file. It was too big and had to be converted into a dvd file. I did that, created a master dvd and began copying. The copy time was horrible (almost 30 minutes) and when finished, the dvd skipped. I didn't realize it until I had made 20 copies! I figured the duplicator was defective and packaged it up to return it. A couple of days later a friend reconverted the .mp4 file to another dvd format (I don't know what--I'm not a techie!) and I tried it again. Copy time was 5 1/2 minutes and no skipped dvd! I made 100 copies with no problems.

Excellent product. Good instructions.
Easy to use, good instructions, multi-function. Just wish for very little more money I would have bought the one that can make 2 copies at a time.

Perfect, EXACT Copy of Original DVDs in a matter of minutes!
I bought this unit with the intention to make duplicate copies of my homemade DVD's in expedited time. This unit does exactly that. In a matter of minutes, an EXACT replica of the original DVD's contents are copied to the destination DVD. I know that the data on the destination DVD is an EXACT copy because I used a piece of software called WinMerge to compare the disk contents between the original and copied DVD's. There were NO differences at all! Even the dates of the files on the copied DVD were the same as those on the original. I am very please with this unit and would purchase it again.

Not for laptops.
Used to burn cds on my laptop. This is better cause I can copy more than 1 music disc whereas I have to do an update on the computer.
