Long story short, these are good bags and overall I would def recommend. For those having trouble. Make sure when applying the bag that the plastic is taken off of the hard piece but leave on the plastic barrier for the cloth piece until you stick it in place.its to be taken off after placement as a backup. Also in case you weren't taught, heat helps meld the piece to your stomach, so as soon as you apply hold your hand over it to transfer heat. Like your holding a wound, maybe 10-15m.

Made a purchase of urostomy bags for my sister that is in a nursing home in N.J. They are installed by a trained nursing staff that change urostomy bags. The first bag lasted 4 days. All is great. As the nursing home has a shortage of bags purchased by medicade. That led to issues with care of the stoma. After the fist bag 8 bags have fallen off within a few hours. I have provided pictures of three different failed bags. Still have 20 bags ordered from Amazon. Looking for help in diagnosing issues for future bag installs. Help from carbou or Amazon users will be appreciated

In August 2022, I purchased three boxes (expiration March 2025) for my uncle, and the first box was a success; each bag lasted him 4-7 days. When he opened the second box, the bags lasted a day before they started leaking. The manufacturer seems to be using glue that does not hold up as long as before. WILL NOT PURCHASE IT AGAIN, DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY MORE. DO NOT BUY!!!

I have been using urostomy bags for about 10 years, I got some pressure sores under the wafer and I needed to change my bag twice a day for a few weeks to allow them to heal. These were one of the bags I tried. I will say for a cheap bag these are decent. the valve is excellent and the bag is comfortable. the only downside is there is no baffle to help the bag retain its shape. when it is full it really sags. I cannot speak to wear time as I was changing them often but I had no problems with leaks wearing them about 10 to 12 hrs. I had some other bags that would leak quickly if I did not have extra strips surrounding the wafer.
