Is it possible to remove the Buddha figure to just have the water feature?

Sorry, the Buddha statue is unremovable, it is connected with the lifelike rock tier.

Hi, How much water does it require initially and how long does the wire from the plug to the fountain?

As long as you make sure the pump is covered, the fountain will work well. The length of the cable is 1.5M or 5ft.

Can you get the small pebbles anywhere on their own? Feel like I could do with a bit more.

Hi. You can purchase small pebbles from stores that stock aquarium item. Also there are coloured gravel available too.
