Literally the best parchment ever. I think I’m on my 3rd or 4th box over the last 18 months. We have some odd sized sheet pans and these fit perfectly. For the smaller off sized ones ripping in half is EASY after a crease and they separate cleanly for a truly custom fit. This parchment doesn’t break the bank, but is high enough quality that it can definitely be used more than once for non-greasy/messy foods. It holds up to at list 450°F without smoking or smelling scary which is perfect for a variety of cooking or baking. Because these are an affordable option they are also perfect to place down on a work surface before measuring out ingredients that are a pain to clean up… any spills get crumbled up into the parchment and the workspace remains clean.
