This is a great couch. I bought it to replace a different sectional couch that was all falling apart at the seems (after only two years!). So I made sure to get the five year warranty on this couch, just in case. And I looked for a couch that didn’t have a lot of stitching on it, as that was the fail points on the old couch. I wanted a sectional to fit a slightly odd size space I have but give me as much seating as possible. We’re a family of six, and we all fit on here. This came in nine big boxes, none of them terribly heavy. Each box had instructions in it, so you can start with whichever one you want. The legs and hardware are inside the pull up seats. The hardware packs also include legit screwdrivers. I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of the screwdrivers. I don’t need to keep them, as I own a lot of tools, but they were good enough that I’m donating them rather than throwing them away. There are no Allen wrenches involved with the assembly of this couch. Assembly is very simple and straightforward. With the corner backs, pay attention to the attachment hooks to connect it to the base. They are slightly larger than the others and you’ll have a hard time getting the too small ones to fit on the base. (Speaking from experience). I liked that there were extras of all the screws, hooks, and base connectors. It’s my personal preference to connect the ottomans to the couch pieces so it’s a big square. I have four kids and three dogs, and I like to have things not shift around. The fact that every one of the bases, ottomans and seats, lifts up for storage is great. Many great spots for every one to have their own couch blanket or throw pillow, stored in their own cubby. Or you could keep holiday pillows or linens in them. The couch is fairly firm, but a very comfortable level of firm. The backrest hits about shoulder blade level on me (I’m 5’9”). With the ottomans close in to the couch, you lounge in every spot. My feet are in no danger of falling off the edge, even when I’m slouching down/reclining to binge watch movies.

We purchased this couch approximately two months ago at this point and so far love everything about it: -This couch came on time and in the amount of boxes expected -It was SUPER easy to assemble -It came with all of the tools needed to assemble it (honestly it came with too many, as I think we got like 6-7 magnetized screw drivers with it haha but now we will always have a decent screw driver on hand when needed without the need to purchase them!) -It is very easy to arrange and change-up when needed -We have a Dyson vacuum and use the bed attachment to clean the couch once weekly and it works like a charm -We did have an issue with just one of the pieces looking and feeling a little saggy and under stuffed, and when we reached out to customer service, they were very willing to send a replacement (without the legs) to compensate and they did so very quickly. -It is SUPER comfortable -It fits well in our small apartment, but can fit our whole family perfectly. It is a game changer for our family movie nights and for when we have guests over. -The storage in each of the seats is unbeatable. Each seat opens up easily and provides ample space for storing blankets, extra pillows, or whatever else your heart desires! I know purchasing furniture online can be a bit intimidating since you don't know if it will be as pictured or if it will be comfortable, but I assure you, this is worth it!

I live in a apartment so storage is always an issue. Having storage under each of the 9 sections is fantastic. It is very easy to reconfigure. Actually it's ingenious. The material seems to be of good material that will hold up. My only concern is the pillows may lose their shape in short order and the seat is not really deep enough to lay on the two chaise lounges without removing the back pillows. But it looks great and was a nice addition to my place.

This couch is a nice surprise as I’ve never ordered furniture online. Putting it together wasn’t hard BUT highly recommend a powered screwdriver or it will take quite a while. It’s very firm but I prefer that because I figure it will soften as time goes on and will hold up longer. Very sturdy and the storage is fabulous!

This is one of the most uncomfortable couches I have ever sat on it my life. The only plus is the massive amounts of storage. But overall is a complete waste of money.

Super easy to assemble. The color matched pictures. Quality is good, nothing fancy. We constantly change a combination. It’s easy to split in a separate sleeping places. A lot storage place. Recommend.

Creates quite a bit of storage which is nice. Fairly comfortable, modular, etc.

I love this couch. Sometimes we put it all together so it’s a giant bed-couch, sometimes we make it a couch with two Chez and an ottoman, sometimes it’s a couch with two lives seats, sometimes it’s a row of seats lining a wall so we can fit more people in the house for a party - you can reconfigure it in minutes, it’s comfortable, looks great. I love it more than I thought I would when I bought it!
