First some background: I am not a Dell lover, more of a Dell Hater. I don't like how they used specialized components in their computers. This one is no different, use this as is, it can't really be upgraded. Power supply is a dell custom one, and it's tiny. Having said that, this one has turned out to be a really nice computer. Cosmetic: This computer visually has no issues, no scratches and the inside had zero dust in it. Components: The components are about 3 to 5 years old according to the counters on the hard drives. One of the drives is an M.2 Samsung drive made specifically for Dell, it contains the OS (I call these gumsticks because of their shape). The second drive is a 2.5 inch 1TB drive. It's empty. This computer allows for toolless installation of hard drives, which is great. I replaced the 2.5 1TB drive with a 3.5 8TB drive with zero issue. There is only one SATA power and data cable spot on the motherboard, so it can't fit more than 1 hard drive along with the gumstick. It comes with a keyboard and mouse. I didn't use them, so I can't comment. It also has bluetooth I guess. I use a hardwired ethernet connection so i can't speak to any wireless connections. Initialization: During initialization I logged into my Microsoft account and everything worked flawlessly. I didn't have to enter an activation code like the STG Skytech Global paperwork said I would have to. I later went on my Microsoft account and verified this computer was registered with Windows 11 pro. I don't know anything about STG, but this computer was well cleaned and setup, so good for them. I left the computer on and occasionally cycled power over a full day to get all the windows 11 updates before I tried to do anything to the computer. I would recommend this to everyone. Let windows get fully updated before continuing. I'm not at Windows version 25H2. No issues. No display glitches that some people have indicated. Again, I would recommend not altering the computer for a day, until windows has updated to 25H2. I keep doing the 'check for updates' in windows to make this go faster. Performance: This computer takes about 15 seconds to boot. Very fast. Draws about 30 watts even when performing a disk transfer of 3TBs. I have no idea how they get the power so low. I haven't played games on it, nor would I suggest it. I'm using this as a backup system for my main computer. There is no external video card. Conclusion: I really am impressed with this computer. It's very small, uses almost no power, and allows me to connect via my local network to my main computer for backing up files. And it has windows 11 pro installed.

I'm going to say this early, but then follow up after the unit has been fully tested. Out of the box, JSM Computers has an outstanding operation going on. Went through all the initial installation options associated with a new Windows 11 computer. Speed/storage/appearance were excellent. For a refurbished unit, it's so far outstanding!! I will follow up after I have used it extensively, as I am only posting this as I wanted to initially test prior to the 30-day return window. So far, so good!! Update 02 Apr 2026. Been using the unit daily and have had zero issues. Runs fast on WIFI or cable. Internal WIFI works great, nothing to install. The Bluetooth feature works well for connecting earbuds or other small items. Came with a wired keyboard and wired mouse, which were not in the description, but are now a backup. For day-to-day home-based needs, I highly recommend.

This was a terrible purchase. When the pc arrived it had issued booting display on monitor, the monitor had to be unplugged and re plugged in then started working. It lasted about 6 weeks, after this the pc switched on however no display on the monitor. Tested monitor with other pc, the monitor is fine. The issue is with the main unit and probably the display card has issued and the monitor shows "no signal" When i received the PC, I transferred my old data onto it. Now I need to return for a refund so I need to wipe out the data, which cannot be done since it cannot connect to a display The worst part is I have contacted Amazon for return, and said I need a solution - as I cannot return a pc with all my sensitive data before wiping it out. Amazon failed to understand, and finally I got a chat with a live agent, who noted the issue and confirmed they would send an email within 5 minutes so I can send pictures of the issue No email was received 1. Purchase with extreme caution 2. Garbage customer support from Amazon

Overall Happy with It. I needed to upgrade to windows 11 so I decided to get a new computer. This one is much faster than my old computer and for the most part works great. I ran into a few issues. The fan is noisy. I can replace it if it bothers me too much. It drops wifi after coming out of sleep mode. I switched to an ethernet cable so not an issue. When it goes into sleep mode the only way to wake it up is to press the power button on the computer. Clicking the mouse or keyboard does not work. I don't do any gaming so not having a graphics card doesn't matter to me, but it is possible to add a graphics card if needed. As many reviewers mentioned it does not have HDMI outputs. Instead it has 2 display ports, so an adapter was needed. The adapter didn't cost much and worked great. The seller should probably make sure the specs are accurate in the description. Overall, the unit performs and looks like a new computer. I'm happy with it.

This computer came packaged like new. Setting it up was just like a new PC. Connect monitor, keyboard and mouse and then wait for Windows to update and then answering so many Windows question. I transferred all important files over WiFi network but with my phone connected to 5G. That still took hours. The graphics card is much better than my last PC. It produces 2550 X 1440 resolution on a 32-inch monitor. Everything was so big on it with my old PC. The SSD drive is so very fast. I had copied all my PDFs to a Download folder within the regular Download folder. Then later moved everything in it to the original Download folder and moving 97GB took about 2 seconds. I don't see how, but PDF downloads are immediate. Maybe it because my cell is not on the WiFi network.

Purchased this for a home office. As of this review, is has been working perfectly for the last 6 months. The case is basically perfect and has 1 small blemish. I looked inside and is was almost brand new clean and hardware as described, cpu, memory etc. I use 2 monitors and have moderate internet, cpu and ram requirements, which this machine handles with no issues. The only thing I would criticize is the lack of hdmi, although you could get and adaptor or card for them or like me just get the display port connection monitors. I got a Logitech keyboard, mouse and headset combo deal which I think is higher quality than what is included and I needed a headset. Windows 11 works great and has given me no issues and is probably half the cost.

Very pleased with this computer, everything works as expected. There is some strange bag that does not let you pick up window from task bar with one click sometimes, when they belong to one channel. But I noticed it is common issue with Windows 11. So, I believe computer itself is just fine. One more thing that is good exactly with this model: it has external 2 flush drives managing blue tooth and something else built in the body of PC now. As for me it is a huge favor from manufactures. I am not tech person and simply losing these small things just to learn in what fire I am now. If you feel like me, chose this model to free yourself from trouble that you are not ready for.

The product was actually good but I'm not a tech guy and it would have been nice to have Windows 11 already loaded rather then downloading it yourself

When my windows 10 pc broke down, I was looking for a replacement instead of repair; This is when I found this; After reading all the customer reviews, decided to give it a try; Price was reasonable; Shipping was fast, the pc came in great shape, very clean and well packed; Box included free mouse, keyboard, USB Wi-Fi adapter and a display port to HDMI converter; The machine took around 15 sec to boot up; Windows 11 pro was already activated; Just needed to install a few apps; Then all ready to go ! So far I am very happy; The tower is slim, takes half the space of my old pc; Also very silent; No crackling or whining sound from hard drive; Overall, a great purchase ! Time to use Windows 11 !

Very happy with this purchase works great just what I needed to run some of the programs I could run on my older computer.

This computer is junk. Would not accept my perfectly good printer. I was told to go watch a youtube about it. Then the audio quit. No audio out on the headphone jack. I'll try putting mint on this thing and if that dont work its in the trash. Wasted a whole day on this

The computer started up with no problem. Everything is working.
