This drink has been a total game changer for me. FINALLY, a drink that has enough calories and the right nutrients for those who really need to gain weight. I’ve been underweight my entire life, and since it’s not a concern for most people, at best I’m told to drink Ensure (which I believe is maybe 210 calories at most for one drink, usually less) - and a four pack costs about the same price as a four pack of Boost with almost 3x the calories. I’m 5’5, and because of my small frame, the most I’ve ever weighed was 112 lbs (this was when I was eating all the time; the guy I had been dating then had an extremely athletic frame so could easily eat 4500 calories a day and still look healthy). But if I’m not in a relationship and there’s no one to make me eat, I simply don’t have an appetite - at least not to the point where I really want to bother with going out to get food (not that the city I’m in has any real options) or dealing with the hassle of making it. I’m so grateful for those who came up with it and I hope it stays around forever. Ensure was never enough, and any protein shake from the health food store was always too much (consuming a 1200+ calorie protein shake on an empty stomach while you’re very thin generally just results in getting very hot, nauseous, and sick). The strawberry is definitely the best flavor! The vanilla is okay, but not really a fan of the chocolate.

I tried the chocolate option for about 2 months in hopes to gain more weight. I got these specifically because they’re very high calorie and contains less sugar than other meal replacement shakes.
