But only small part of the grill was delivered, and despite all my requests, sellers never tried to deliver it in full. They only offered to refund.

The BBQ arrived well packaged in 2 separate boxes. (fairly heavy). Easy to follow instructions, for assembly. The bolts, washers, etc. came in a well marked packet to aid the build. Good quality compared to previously owned BBQ's.(particularly the tray for charcoal which is a thicker gauge steel than the surrounding body). I didn't rush when assembling and it took about an hour to do. Really pleased with the result. It is a good sturdy BBQ and easy to move around. The chrome effect handles and hooks give it a nice finish. I have yet to cook on it but don't envisage any problems. Really happy with the purchase and think it was good value.

Very good looking, large barbecue in which you can raise/lower the fire for optimum heat. Great for smoking whole legs of lamb, chickens, brisket etc. Assembly is easy but you need to borrow a child or small-handed person to insert the R-clips in the pins inside the assembly, it's a bit fiddly. Haven't had the paint-burning-off problem some have reported; this is the best value charcoal grill around.

Once assembled it's a monster, it can easily hold a fair amount of meat on just one side and then have a large frying pan on the other or just a huge amount of meat spread across the whole thing. The grills are also very heavy duty and will last forever. The ash tray is also very useful and makes emptying out the ash very simple. After you've finished bbqing, if you shut the lid it remains at about 200-250 for ages so you could easily cook lunch on the coals then once finished, shut the lid and use it as an oven to cook dinner. The side trays at first glance look like they'll come in lots of use but tend to go unused as the BBQ kicks out a lot of heat once in use so anything on them would probably get too hot. The hooks that attach to them however are a good idea as a place to hang utensils. The bottle opener is a nice touch but i rarely remember it is there and when i do it's at an angle where it spills beer everytime it's used. Assembling it wasn't the easiest task, i don't quite understand why tags aren't stuck to individual pieces to make them easier to identify. Also the instructions in places contradicts itself and as a result i had to take apart then redo certain parts. I don't really get why companies that sell a product anyone off the street will have to assemble don't get "test subjects" in to build a few to see where they will get stuck and improve the instructions in those places... Also washers would be a good idea with future models. It has two wheels on to allow you to move it around but it doesn't have a handle on the opposite side that would aid with lifting it to move which just seems a little odd. The ability to raise and lower the coals tray is useful but it'd be more useful if it could be raised another step for when the coals are dying down. The metal in some places is fairly thin (which is a shame considering the price tag) so after a few uses, said metal has started to bend and contort and the lid no longer correctly aligns when shut. Overall i'm glad i purchased this bbq, however they needed to do more testing with it to find the flaws which anyone who's used it more than once will inevitably find. With some parts of it being a tad flimsy too i really hope parts of it do not start to break within a few more uses.

Fantastic BBQ. Still going strong and easy to use. Smoker works very well. The temperature gauge is ideal if you want to be fussy with cooking temps. I would recommend this BBQ. you can get cheaper but be assured they wont be this quality
