What I really appreciate is how clean my dishes come out. No residue, no streaks, just sparkling clean plates and glasses. Plus, knowing it's biodegradable makes me feel better about what's going down my drain. It's nice to use something that actually works but is also better for the environment. The 48 oz refill bottle is perfect for topping up my regular dispenser, and it lasts quite a while. Overall, this is a great product that delivers on performance, smells amazing, and is eco-friendly. Four stars only because the bottle, IMO, presents that scam I so detest in products that are designed to be poured out: it has no lip and the soap drips too close to the edge, therefore I lose a lot of the product each time I want to transfer to my pump. I've tried every way to do this and the product is wasted. It is very annoying. Not functional! Not fair. Fix the bottle!

The dish soap itself is excellent and it’s one of my favorites that I use regularly. However, this time the packaging was not done well. Although none of the dish soap leaked out, the caps on two bottles were broken when I received them. I hope the packaging can be improved in the future, because the product itself is really great.
