The Vicks VapoRub Lavender is a must have in our home. Both the kids and us adults use it during cold season and it’s consistently effective. It provides that trusted menthol relief that helps ease cough and congestion while the lavender scent adds a calming touch that’s perfect for bedtime. We apply a small amount on the chest and feet. it truly helps everyone feel more comfortable and settle down for the night. The scent is soothing without being overpowering, and the texture spreads easily without feeling overly greasy. It works, it’s reliable, and one jar lasts a long time. So making it a great value for the whole family. Definitely a staple in our house.

This is the same great Vicks with a lavender scent. You can still smell the Vicks scent but not as bold. Works well.

Love the lavender smell but it's Just as strong as regular Vicks that gets you breathing again when you've got a bad cold. It's a good value, And the small size will still last a while without sitting in your cupboard for a decade or more...

Okay, let's talk, Vicks VaporRub. I hated you when I was a small child. My grandma would always put some right under my nose to help with congestion, and that menthol was just too powerful for me. I was an avowed VaporRub hater for years. Then you come out with this lavender scented rub, and.. I'm going to have to take back some rude things I said in the past. The lavender scent is really lovely and not overpowered by the menthol. It also works incredibly well for congestion. And a little bit goes a long way! I grabbed the smallest size because I was wary, but this alone is going to last me a long time.

Nice smell. Very small for high price

I was apprehensive about buying Vicks because let's face it, you typically misplace the tub before you ever get to the bottom. But I've been suffering from a cold that just won't let up and I felt like I needed something that would last a little longer than the effects I get from a neti pot or cough drops. Seeing the lavender scent had me curious so I thought I'd give it a try. First impressions - I was pleased with the size of the container. Small enough that I think I might actually see the bottom but not so small that it will get lost in the medicine cabinet. At first application, I was a little disappointed. I have several memories of getting this slathered on my chest and neck as a child and the assault of smell that usually follows is deeply rooted. I didn't get that initial hit and was a little letdown. Then, after a few minutes, everything started to amplify. The tingling started and the smell followed. The lavender is delightful and does not disappoint in its aroma or calming effect. My sinuses felt better and I was encouraged to breathe deeper. I found that as the product wore off I was craving the effects of the aromatherapy alone. Since it's a gel-like substance and my sinuses were so dry I also applied it at the opening of my nasal passages. This is contraindicated on the packaging but wow, immediate dryness relief. I now keep this on my nightstand so I have it close by when I wake up with a heavy chest. I used it the other day after spending the day gardening on an old elbow injury and the lavender lulled me right to sleep. I'm really happy that I gave Vicks, which was an old staple in my home growing up, another try - you should too.

Love this product and I use it for softening my feet, bruises, and a number of reasons other than cough. I love the lavender scent!

The lavender scent is a nice change from regular VapoRub. Would buy again when needed.
