I am happy with this streamer with next day delivery included in my prime shipping. Light comes with it is great, it’s a spare unit if my current light goes bad. Now a day ,electronic are made poorly, they goes bad or fall apart fast…… At the beginning I was skeptical about plastic water jar, and affordable price. Spend 15~20 mins assemble it, take 1~2 day to get use to it. Rolls on floor quietly and smoothly, water heats up in 5 minutes quietly and fast, steam comes out gentle and not shooting to one area straight and making it too hot for customer. I like pressed button better than turning nob. Simple On or Off, no timer.

The steamer doesn’t work and of course it’s after I put it together and throw away the box when return says I need a box. I’m trying to figure out why I am returning? For it to be sent to someone else? I also saw a couple other people had the same issues. Very annoyed that it’s not working.

The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because the light stopped working. I’m hoping the bulb just burnt out. This has been a wonderful steamer and light. I bought it in 2022, but unfortunately the light has stopped working. I’m not sure if it’s a connection issue or just need to replace the lights. I did send a message directly to The company it would not allow me to connect a video so here is a video hoping I can just replace the bulb if anyone else has had this issue please let me know.

As an esthetician, I was a little nervous ordering from a manufacturer I'm not too familiar with for such an essential part of my treatment room. But the reviews looked promising & the price was comfy & let me tell you - they did not disappoint. It work's phenomenal. Exquisite for the price. For start, very easy to set up. Very straight forward. Beautiful direct steam. Great Loupe/LED Lamp. Adjustable brightness and good magnification. Barely 10 minutes to heat up. Arms are flexible and easy to lock in place so you don't have to worry about crushing a client mid-facial (I've seen people burn their clients with less expensive steamers!) I wanted something reliable and good. And this was it. Definite YES if you're looking for a steamer. I went back and forth for weeks but so glad I decided on this one. Has a plastic water jar so probably stick with distilled water. If you're searching - Get this one!!!

This steamer is great if you are starting out in esthetics or doing an at home setup. The machine was easy to assemble. It took about 15-20 minutes. I’ve been using the machine for about 3 months and it’s been working well. My only problem initially was the adjustable height. It wasn’t working for the longest of time until I took apart the piece that holds the pole in place and messed around with the screw. After fixing that piece, I’ve been able to set it to the desired height without a problem. The steam comes out in an even distribution, there is also an Ozone setting. I only use distilled or reverse osmosis water in the machine to ensure the best performance.

is good but the part break easy

I use this steamer in my shop, and overall the steam output is okay. It heats up and produces steam as expected for professional use. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The steam nozzle angle is not adjustable, which makes it inconvenient during treatments when precise positioning is needed. Also, occasionally it releases hot water droplets instead of steam, which can be concerning in a professional setting. It can still be used, but I wish the design allowed better angle control and more consistent steam output. With some improvements, this could be a much better steamer for shop use.

Fácil de armar, resistente, el vapor es muy bueno, luz bastante deslumbrante.

Me gusta q es fácil de armar, viene bien empaquetado así q llego en excelentes condiciones, y buena potencia el vapor, la luz buena iluminación y el lente excelente. Lo que no me gustó fue que no puedes girar el vapor solo puedes dar altura, así q limita direccionar el vapor. Así que ojalá en un futuro lo puedan hacer q gire como los portátiles. Gracias
