Perfect fit for my 2014 Silverado. Everything lined up perfect. Installed by myself with hand tools. Didn't have to remove spare. It's heavy, and the metal is thick. Welds are pro grade. I held it up and started 1 bolt, slid to other side started the other. Took about 20 mins from start to finish. Don't forget to torque the bolts. Dont rely on your judgment. Even with everything being overpriced I feel like I got my money's worth. As others have stated, it's only shrunk wrapped so expect scratches. The parts bag is taped to the end of the hitch. It doesn't stick out past my bumper and it doesn't set to close to the ground. Better than factory from what I've seen. I would buy again and would recommend.

box was completly open on bottom and several holes in sides dont yet know if all parts are here

Box came damage and there were obvious signs of mistreatment to the receiver. Paint chipped, scratched and the actual receiver looked like it was drug on concrete even though it had a plastic cap on it. Obviously not a brand new part or someone dropped it in boxing. The stickers are all crooked to.

The hitch fit good but the pin for the ball did not go all the way through one hole was to small had to drill it out .

This is a great product came with everything you should need and fits perfectly but was only shrink-wrapped and got dinged up badly in shipping but I have to say the company cared and took care of the issue very fast and made it right with me. Hopefully our get yours in a proper box then you will have zero issues
