Can the seals in this pump be replaced with high temp seals and o rings ?

Will this replace model ez 3035?

What size pulleys would i need for a 1:2 ratio 16hp the idle speed will be about 1700 rpm ± 150 rpm, max output is 3600 rpm with a 1in shaft?? .

Yes 1:2 ratio is correct, essentially you are going to be running the engine at 3600 rpm for this pump and the pulleys cutting the speed in half at the pump that runs at 1750 rpm
