Great Dolly Set for Moving Furniture
These Dollies are very well made, designed, and can carry a lot of weight smoothly. Since each is a tri-wheel dolly, each wheel is always in contact with the floor. You don’t necessarily get that with a quad-wheel. The wheels are small and work very well over smooth surfaces like wood laminate flooring. Less so I’m sure for anything but very short pile carpet. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

A Must-Have for Pinball Owners!
I bought this 4-pack of WEN Tri-Dollies specifically to move my pinball machines around, and they have been a total game-changer. Anyone who owns a pin knows how awkward and heavy they are to shift, but these make it a one-person job. Why they work for Pinball: Perfect Fit: The 6-inch size is just right for the legs/levelers to sit securely in the center. Weight Capacity: With a 300-lb capacity per dolly, they handle the weight of a standard machine (usually 250–350 lbs) with zero flexing or strain. Smooth Gliding: The casters roll easily over hard surfaces, which is essential for positioning a machine into a tight row without breaking a sweat. Low Profile: They don't raise the machine too high off the ground, so it still feels stable while in motion. Pro-Tip: If you’re moving a machine over a rug or uneven floor, just make sure the leg is centered in the "well" of the dolly for maximum stability. Overall, these are a fantastic, budget-friendly alternative to expensive hydraulic lifts if you just need to scoot your collection around the game room. Highly recommended!

Better than big box
Worked pretty good, well built for the money. Better quality than big box for half the price

Not flimsy junk. Very stout, good rollers.
Worked just as described. Moving heavy wood sculptured fine furniture.

Larger and heavier duty than others
I'm not sure about the negative reviews. I purchased several sets of the Wen version, and the comparable Shepherd version. I like both for different reasons. The Wen are physically larger and all around heavier duty. The steel is thicker, the wheels are larger and wider. Just all around larger and beefier. If used for the intended purpose of as low profile casters they will work well. That said, if you need the smallest possible version of these with the lowest clearance (height) the Shepherd version is the way to go. I was loyal to Shepherd until the price nearly doubled since the last time I ordered them. The current price on the Shepherd is silly and downright insulting. So for now I'm switching to the Wen version.

Way too weak
Tried to use these on some furniture to help love it across the house, but these broke so easily that it was laughable

Does not work well on carpet
Doesn’t roll easily on carpet. Works well on solid floors like wood and concrete.

Save Your Floors. Save Your Back.
I used these to move multiple pieces of heavy furniture around. They DO work. However, I did experience the rear dollies being pulled away from the leg of the cabinets multiple times while traversing different levels of flooring. The solution would be a larger well for the foot of the furniture to fit down into that you are moving. They did do what they were designed to do. The nice thing is you can use them over and over without scratching your floors or breaking your back. I moved all of the furniture out and back in by myself. Some of the pieces were very bulky and weighed more than 200 pounds. !

Well built coasters for moving heavy furniture around. Or pianos. If moving piano, be sure to cover hardwood with floor protector cardboard as the small diameter wheels may still leave marks due to sheer mass of the piano.

These dollies are the best you can get here on Amazon. I do need to replace them every 4-5 months because they are used daily. The bearings are exposed, so dust will get in there and gum up the works which will lead to an eventual failure of one of the wheel sets. Compared to other offerings of this type the performance is superior. This review may seem contradictory compared to my star score, please trust me when I say all dollies of this type will fail, but these will last longer to failure than all the others and I've tried them all.

I mostly use tri-dolly casters to mobilize my portable work benches. They are also useful for occasions where I need to slide out an appliance like a washing machine. I have tried three different brands, and these are the best quality by far. Better than cheaper no-name brands. The metal is thicker, and the casters smoother. Very happy. Will buy again.
