It came very sqeezed into vaccum seal... How do you getbit to spring to full size?

When you take it out of the bag, it expands to full size. I love mine.

Did anybody figure out how to get the bad odar out of it?

If it has an odor, it can be washed.

Is this an "issued" sized patch?

No it's not, I think the issue was 4 1/2" tall. We are working to get to get the issue ones.
