Is this a good size for a 4 year old?

I believe this wagon is too small for a 4 year old. I purchased this wagon when my grandson started to walk. He loved sitting in it and getting pulled around. He also loved putting toys in it and pulling it. My grandson is currently 23 months old. He gets frustrated that he cannot sit in the wagon with his legs inside, but he still loves to place toys inside and pull it around the house and yard. The inside of the wagon measures 14 7/8 inches.

How much does it really weight? cuz it says 14 pounds, but i think that's too much!

The tires are plastic not rubber. I can’t remember about the white wheel. If it was plastic or metal. I’m thinking plastic. (I have as a gift!) they were about 4-5 inches in diameter. The handle is metal and the wagon is metal!

How long is the handle?
