Tight deep loud bass
These rock! 1500 watts of ground shaking tight bass ! If you want powerfull accurate bass these are the powered subs to get ! .

Excellent sound quality - not much volume
Overall amazing sub. The quality is amazing. The volume is not so much. If you have a large space, you need 2 of those at least. If the space is not too big - this speaker is the king. QSC, well, its ok on volume, but the sound is not as high as the quality. For the money, JBL is amazing.

Loud vibration sounds over 70hz! Piece of junk
I haven't even had this subwoofer for 7 months and already produces a loud rattle vibration sound over 70hz! I read another review that had the exact same issue. Will not be buying another JBL branded subwoofer ever again. Also i noticed the wood construction sounds hollow when i knock on it and also the wood construction is only like a half inch thick causing the whole enclosure to vibrate too much. So therefore the enclosure isn't rock solid like other subs are. I'll be buying a QSC one to replace this one.

Questionable QC
This was purchased as an additional sub for a jbl prx PA. Right out of the box one channel didn't work. A couple days after that, there would be a weird vibrating noise, with and without signal being sent. Tried different XLR cables and mixers, same result. Called JBL and I had to take it to an authorized repair facility, which was thankfully only an hour away. Had to wait a few weeks, but I was able to get it back with a new amplifier. I'm glad they took care of it at no cost, but these issues should have never got by quality control. Now we got it back and it sounds great. Hopefully it will last.
