Perfect guest bed mattress – comfortable and great value
I bought the FDW 6 Inch Full Gel Memory Foam Mattress for my guest bed, and it has been a great addition. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and support—medium firm, so it feels good for different types of sleepers. My guests have all commented on how comfortable it is, especially for a mattress at this price point. It has just enough softness from the gel memory foam to relieve pressure points while still feeling supportive. It arrived compressed and expanded quickly without any issues. There was a slight initial smell, but it went away after a day or so, which is pretty normal for foam mattresses. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly option that makes a guest room feel welcoming and comfortable without overthinking it.

Comfortable and Supportive – Perfect Twin Mattress
I recently purchased the FDW 6-Inch Twin Mattress (Medium Firm), and I am very satisfied with it! Comfort & Support: The mattress strikes the perfect balance between soft and firm. It provides excellent support while still being comfortable, making it great for both kids and adults. Quality & Materials: The materials feel durable and high-quality. The foam maintains its shape and doesn’t sag, ensuring long-lasting comfort. Size & Fit: The twin size fits my bed frame perfectly. It’s easy to unroll and set up, and it expands quickly to full size. Value: For a medium-firm twin mattress at this price, it’s an excellent value. Comfortable, supportive, and affordable. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a reliable and comfortable twin mattress, the FDW 6-Inch Medium Firm mattress is a great choice. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a quality bed at an affordable price!

BACK SURGERY PATIENT APPROVED **update review 4mos out**
***update review**** Okay so ive been sleeping on this mattress for about 4 months now. I spend a lot of time on my bed just bc i have a small bedroom with no extra furniture so its my only place to sit. Its still pretty comfortable just not as comfortable. Im a still sleeper, i dont move around a lot, and i think memory foam has kinda sank a little bit. Bc when i wake up im a little sore and i can almost feel my bed frame if i press down. But my gf side, she hardly sleeps in it (bc she works nights so she normally passes out on the couch), her side is firmer than mine. I'm pretty sure it would've been fine had i got the 8in or thicker. But i got the 6in bc i was tight on money. I gof a mattress topper and its fine. But overall im STILL VERY satisfied with my choice and would recommend to anyone I have my t11-L3 fused together with 3 rods and 13 screws. I was sleeping on a 20 year old mattress and definitely needed something different but didn't have the budget for a brand new 500 bed.. so i took a chance.. and GLAD I DID!! I got a 6in queen mattress. I was a little worried at first bc ive never tried memory foam and some people say foam kinda stinks your body. I cant do too firm and not too soft. The 6in mattress does me just right. I got a new bed frame 3 days prior. And it fits perfectly. And best part no more outdated box springs either. The mattress allows me enough softness to allow me to kinda "sink" into and not feels like a rock but its 90% firm. To align my spine properly. It took about a week to get to me. And it started forming instantly. I say it took under a hour to do its thing but i waited a extra 8hrs just for sure. Its been 2 weeks and no complaints!! I say if u want the right amount of firmness 6-8in is probably your best bet

Solid Choice with Minor Trade‑Offs
I’ve been sleeping on the FDW 6‑Inch Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Medium Firm, Bed‑in‑a‑Box) for a few weeks, and overall I’m quite pleased. Here’s how it stacks up: ✅ What I Liked Good balance of support and comfort — The medium‑firm feel gives enough structure to keep my spine from sagging, while still offering some contouring to pressure points (especially around my hips and shoulders). Cooling effect — The gel memory foam does seem to help regulate temperature better than plain foam; I wake up less sweaty than on older mattresses I’ve tried. Easy delivery & setup — It compressed into a box and expanded reliably within a day or two. Very convenient to move and position. Removable / washable cover — The cover zips off and is easy to clean, which is great for keeping things fresh. ⚠️ What Could Be Better Edge support is weak — Sitting or lying near the edge feels less stable; it tends to compress more than I’d like. Thinness shows under heavier use — Since it’s only 6", for heavier sleepers there’s a chance you’ll feel the base or frame underneath more quickly. Possible “break‑in” feel — It softened slightly after a few nights. Not a big deal, but the initial firmness was more noticeable than what I expected. Durability unknown long-term — It’s still early days, so I can’t fully assess how it will hold up over years of use. 💤 Verdict This mattress hits a nice price‑to‑performance sweet spot. If you’re looking for a budget memory foam option for a guest room, apartment, or lighter sleeper, it’s a strong pick. But if you’re heavier or rely heavily on edge support, you might want to consider a thicker or sturdier alternative.

Perfect for the upper bunk in our truck camper.
At 210lbs I'm very happy with how firm this 6" high density foam mattress is. We slept on it for over two weeks and it's a perfect replacement for our camper. I have a breathable layer under it but raised the mattress for better circulation after using it to make sure.

Absolutely the Worst Mattress Purchase of My Life
Do Not Waste Money ! Very poor quality mattress Buy something else instead !!! I am writing this review to warn anyone considering an FDW mattress: DO NOT BUY IT! This has been, without a doubt, the single worst purchase I've made since while. I had twin mattress from ZINUS before and had no issues even after using for two years. But after marriage i needed something larger so I bough Queen mattress from FDW. What a nightmare started getting soft withing three months. By the time you notice things warranty phase is over. Step by step it lost its density so much so that now if you sit on it you can literally feel ground also firmness varies on different areas. All in all is absolutely ''NO, DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU WANT BACK PAIN WHICH YOU NEVER HAD IN PAST''
