Hello! This is not instant ramen, so boiling is recommended. The package says to use 550 ml of water, which is about 2 1/3 cups. When the water comes to a boil, add the dried veggie packet, the soup base packet, and the dried noodles. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and add the cheese powder packet and stir to incorporate. Done!
