Ear Wax Remover and Earwax Softener, 100% Pure Sweet Oil for ears, Gentle and Natural Ear Oil - 1 Fl OZ

This is promoted as a wax remover/softener, but my ENT prescribed it for dryness. Works well; relieves the itchiness and seems to help with vertigo. I use it about once a week; one drop, instead of 3-4 since I'm looking to moisten, not clean out.

My ear wax tends to harden and get impacted. This impacts my hearing and in the last few years I've had multiple ear infections. My ENT told me to use Debrox monthly but to be honest, I didn't find it very effective. After watching a number of ear-wax related videos by ENT docs on youtube, I decided to try this oil. The effect is near-immediate, and I can tell my ear wax now seems back like it was when I was a child, " i.e., -- soft, nowhere as thick, and "normal." I originally bought the product in a smaller bottle with a dropper. Once I used up that one, I bought this one, and simply decant into the original little bottle with the dropper.

Can’t tell if it helps much so far. It does relieve some pressure, but my ear problem still persists.

This works. My mom had issues with wax buildup in her ears, but after a few treatments, it cleared up significantly. Resting on one side, allowing the oil to penetrate deeper, and then switching sides helps.

I got this sweet oil to use in my ear after using 90% rubbing alcohol in my ear to dry out the water that is stuck in there, the sweet oil is very effective. It’s all natural ingredient. It’s moisturizing and the scent is amazing. I love it. It is not greasy filling. It is oily, but it is perfect.

Really worked for my ear ache, so glad it was available on Amazon, CVS nor Walgreens had it.
