Absolutely love this product! It exceeded my expectations in every way.

Don't waste your money
The multi tool kills the batteries, after investigating further and opening up the battery case to see what the issue was, the joints connecting the batteries together had cracked and snapped meaning there was no contact so they would not charge. Hence why when you put it on the charger you have both red and green light flashing for faulty battery. This happend to 2 out of the 4 batteries I have. I stopped using the multi tool after it killed the 2nd one. The JCB batteries just can't handle the vibration. When it works it's great but it WILL kill your batteries so be warned.

Works fine. Ok for domestic use. Good price, but These kind of tools generally don’t last too long. And could be a near future problem for battery replacement.
