Somewhat adjustable and when properly set up, it really works well. Yes, there is some movement, but not noticeable during game play. It has way less movement then some of the stands available. To me its main ancillary benefits are that it is lightweight and easily foldable even with the steering wheel and pedals attached. There is a difference between what this seat can hold (270 lbs) and what it can comfortably hold. At 5' 10 and 195 lbs I find it very comfortable. If you're over 6" 3" and are pushing 260 lbs, you will likely find the seat somewhat uncomfortable and more difficult to get in and out. If you're 5' 8" and weigh 260 lbs, you likely won't find the seat wide enough and will find difficulty getting in and out. For me the Playseat Challenge is perfect for what I wanted. I fold it down after every session due to space constraints. And once you adjust the straps for the seat the way you like them, you can simply open up the Playseat; readjust the pedal length (10 secs) and you're ready to go.

This was my first simulator racing chair and I absolutely loved it! Had it connected with my old Logitech G29 steering wheel and pedals and it is super easy to fold down and store with all the equipment still connected. Would HIGHLY recommend as an intro chair into race simulating.

After trying several configurations, the Playseat Challenge surprised me with its practicality. It's lightweight, foldable, and easy to store—ideal for those short on space but looking for something more immersive than a simple desk chair. The driving position feels quite realistic, and the bucket seat is comfortable for medium to long sessions. It must be said, though: it's a bit small, and if you're tall or bulky, the backrest may feel short or somewhat uncomfortable in the upper area. It could have been better designed in this regard. Still, the structure is stable, fits well with the steering wheel and pedals, and provides a good overall experience. It's an excellent value for money option for those who want something serious without filling up the room with a giant cockpit.

It’s not the top of the line with all the bells and whistles but it fits my 5’11” 240 lbs body comfortably and it’s sturdy enough to do what I need. I can fold it up when not in use easily. Great beginning chair at a relatively low cost

Great set up for starting. Been playing Iracing with my moza r3 set up. Super comfortable. Did have to move the bolts for the mounting try to make it fit. Also order some stuff off Etsy for custom brackets. But it works great and folds up to be put away so I can play other games.

This is my second one. I returned the first one for the same problem, I just ended up sanding it down and painting over it to fix the surface rust. The welds don't go all the way around the metal and the paint job peels off.... It came like this from the box for both of boxes I recieved. Even though I appreciate the affordability and the folding design, this is some horrible manufacturing. Aside from that, its awesome the way it works. Perfect starter. Am 6ft 250lbs and have no problems, pretty comfortable

DO NOT BUY THIS. it’s very poorly made and will break on you very fast. The wheel stand you have to attach is the wrong size and make you force it in. It came with chipped paint aswell.

Der Playseat Challenge ist sehr bequem und stabil. Er ist gut verstellbar und eignet sich damit für Erwachsene als auch Jugendliche. Insgesamt ein geniales Produkt um Rennspiel-Atmosphäre zu ermöglichen. Positiv: + schneller und einfacher Aufbau + leicht verstellbar für unterschiedliche Größen + Das Lenkrad ist einfach und schnell zu montieren, zwei Schrauben für die Montage an der Montageplatte sind dabei. Die Position/Neigung des Lenkrads kann angepasst werden. + Die hochschwingende Lenkradeinheit ist absolut durchdacht und ermöglicht einen bequemen Einstieg. + Pedale werden mittels Klettband fixiert, verrutschen nicht. + Zudem sind auch noch zwei weitere Schrauben dabei, womit sich der Gangwahlhebel an den optionalen und zusätzlich zu bestellenden Gearshift Support befestigen lässt. + Der Sitz ist zusammenklappbar, ohne dass man Lenkrad und Pedale abmontieren muss. Er ist in wenigen Minuten auf- und auch wieder abgebaut. Zusammengeklappt ist der Sitz platzsparend und lässt sich gut verstauen. Sehr praktisch, wenn der Platz begrenzt ist. + Der Stuhl ist ausreichend bequem, auch für längere Rennen. Man muss ihn eben nur gut einstellen. Die Spannung der Sitzfläche lässt sich über Klett einstellen. + Die Verarbeitung ist insgesamt gut, alles macht einen hochwertigen und robusten Eindruck. + Auch optisch sieht der Sitz toll aus. Negativ: - Wenn man etwas schwerer ist (ab ca. 90 kg) wird es etwas eng, vor allem im Bereich der Oberschenkel. Fazit: Wir sind von diesem Rennsitz einfach begeistert. Flexibel, stabil, praktisch, gute Verarbeitung und individuell einstellbar. Beim Kauf auf Angebote achten, dann kann man zuschlagen. Von mir eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung.
