Is this Teflon coated?

One person answered that it was a ceramic-like coating, which would be acceptable to me. If it is teflon (teflon gives off poisonous gas when heated), I will be sending it right back to Amazon. My Ninja AirFryer, etc., I love and has a ceramic-like coating. Hope it is like that surface.

Hi is any one know what the max temperture in f that this waffle maker reach?

The unit is rated as producing 1,000 watts, but the actual temperature achieved is listed. On the highest setting (5), and using the recipe in their booklet, the waffle turned out somewhat darkened on the outside, but overall it was rubbery.

How to clean it after cooking?

I just wipe it down with damp cloth, it is a non-stick surface so cleaning is easy!

if i use cake or brownie batter do i need to spray the griddes?

no, you don’t have to because the ninja is a nonstick pan so there is no need to spray it
