Ottimo articolo, al momento ho cotto principalmente verdure e carni rosse e mi sono trovato molto bene il mio consiglio è di munirsi di un economico termometro a infrarossi e utilizzarlo per monitorare la temperatura della griglia in modo da non surriscaldarla o mettere il cibo troppo presto perchè idealmente vorremmo essere a circa 180°-190° prima di mettere giù le bistecche per ottenere una reazione di maillard ed in questo modo la bistecca non attaccherà.
