This honestly saved my office chair. I really liked my chair but it kept slowly sinking, and I couldn’t fix it. I was honestly sad thinking I would have to get rid of it. This clamp was very easy to install and stopped the sinking right away. I also like that it comes in different sizes, which made it easy to adjust the chair to the height I wanted. It’s been working well so far (about a month now). I’m curious to see how long it will last, but at the moment it has completely solved the problem and saved me from replacing the whole chair. Great simple solution!

Does well, a little hard to make the pieces snap around the chair support. But they were plastic, and after warming them a bit and trying them out a few times before placing them on the chair, it worked ok.

Perfect. I didn't know these existed until I did research. My chair kept sinking to the low position. Easy to install and at this price a great bargain. I now have it set to tall. Can't now change to lower seat position (without removing the risers) but this is not an issue. I'm the only one using the chair.

No matter how long you have an office chair, sooner or later the hydraulic will get weak and eventually lose all pressure. So either buy a new chair. Buy new hydraulic shock and replace and these are not as easy as you might think. Or you can order these and fix the chair in a semi permanent state so it doesn't slide back down. Can easily be taken off if you need to adjust. Worth every penny!

Definitely a 5 star rating . Fixed my chair -- I didn't have to spend several hundred dollars for a new chair. Nothing wrong with the one I had except the chair had a failed/gas lift holder and it kept going down. The Hero fixed it and it is very easy to do with excellent instructions. My chair is sturdy again. No one can tell by looking at my office chair that Hero fixed it with a little quality piece. Thank you, "Hero"

This product should honestly come as a standard package with any chair. After two years, my chair started sinking randomly, so I decided to try this out—and I’m very satisfied! The adjustable sizes let you set the height exactly how you want it. Truly a must-have for anyone dealing with a similar issue.

My sons computer chair wouldn't stay raised up, the pump would just slowly lower the chair by itself all the time, and and I thought I had to buy a new chair for him. But I found these and they work amazingly to keep his chair up!! I used 3 of them on his chair and it's been a perfect affordable solution to a chair that won't stay raised up anymore. They were very easy to snap on as well.
