Excellent customer service
I purchased this lamp a while ago, and noticed that the light was quite dim. I reached out to the seller, and they sent a replacement product promptly, which resolved the issue! I wanted to express my appreciation for their quick response and attentive customer care! It's also a great product, very sleek and elegant design, easy to install. Make sure you use the right kind of bulb - it says it works with 60 W / 120 V bulbs.

Poor design and quality
Starting off with assembly and unpacking. The base pole arrived slightly bent as well as the base plate was bent upward on one side. The locking nut that holds the height stripped out immediately. After barely making it out of assembly, the lamp can't even hold it's own self up without crashing down head first. Basically this is a massive disappointment and overall bad build quality and design choice all around. It does look cool at least after using a 5 pound weight to hold it up

Beautiful minimalist lamp!
This lamp is definitely worth the price. Base is made of marble-like material so it holds it in place well! Was a little tricky and still have to line up the pole correctly. Be careful with it though, it does scratch easily.

Very Attractive Design, But Unsteady
The lamp is larger than it looked in online photos, and makes a dramatic statement. But the base is not weighted properly, so it tips over. Too much trouble to return it, and it was inexpensive, so I will find something to weight the base with, meaning the base will then need to be hidden from view.

Quality floor lamp with modern style
It's been a month since we've had this floor lamp, and we really enjoy it so far. Assembling was easy, took me roughly 15min. The marble base was weighty enough (it actually surprises me) to hold the whole lamp steady, and the height and angle were both adjustable, so we were able to place it in a nice spot without taking much space. The material looks high quality, and the finish was overall very nice. The black & gold color goes really well with our living room with dark hard wood floor. Paired with a smart light bulb, it fits into our smart home perfectly. Would recommend!
