Great Quality Item
The cooling effect is instantaneous. The longevity is a few hours. It stops my itch. It does have a strong smell but it goes away fast.

Surprisingly effective at low price
Honestly I had tried anything and everything as far as topical products for my neuropathy and pinched nerve. The high cost of most products could never be justified by how little they worked, if at all. Although this only lasts a little more than an hour for me, it is much, much better than anything else I have tried. I will say the smell is a bit strong. But if pain relief is worth it, definitely try this!

Not that great
I will be honest it had the menthol smell but it wasn’t the same as most menthol smells. It smelled like it on the verge of being ruined or something. And it did work that great either way. Wasn’t strong enough.
