Puresport Unwind Deep Sleep Nootropic Supplement, 60 Capsules

I bought these and forgot about them and then tried them recently. Each time I take them I notice I wake up with a spring in my step, just feeling great. Not sure which ingredient my body needed but this product really works for me.

I tried for the first time last night and had a better sleep than I've had in a few weeks which is promising. I'm not very good at swallowing large capsules so was apprehensive when I saw the size but I am happy to say I didn't have any problems.

The quality of my sleep is so much better when taking these !

These just didn't work for me, no improvement in sleep also made my mood very low the morning after taking gave it a try but it left me feeling depressed. Poured the rest of the capsules in the bin so I don't take it again incase I forget how they made me feel!

Understand the premise but this didn't hit the mark for me and had no desired effect on my sleep even after 3 weeks.

After using this product I must report that it has unfortunately not worked for me. Here are my pro's and con's. Pro It is well packaged as a premium product and the literature gives some interesting information on the background of the company and the reason for creating the product. Con The tablets are much larger than the normal and as such, I found them a little harder to swallow. I don't usually have any issues with swallowing tablets so this was a bit of an unpleasant surprise as I couldn't get them down easily. For me, this supplement didn't work, despite following the instructions. After taking them approximately 30 minutes before bed as recommended, I did begin to feel drowsy, but once I was in bed, I could not actually fall asleep. This happened on the very first dose and continued to be the case. When I did finally fall asleep, I cannot say it was restful. Last night, I could not get to sleep until around 3.30am, so I will not be taking any more of this supplement. I should perhaps say that I do take other medications and have in the past found that certain things can affect my sleep, but this is usually other medication and not something supposedly as innocent and a supplement. To me, capsules taste odd, a little bit of tasting cheap plastic. It's an odd taste, not necessarily unpleasant to the point of gagging, but not nice either. So all in all, this was no a success for me, but you don't know if you don't try and it appears they do work on other people, sp maybe give it a try and see what happens. I guess you can always return for a refund if not happy.

The Puresport Unwind Deep Sleep Nootropic Sleep Supplement is a product I was looking forward to trying as my sleep isn't the best and I always wake up more tired than I went to bed! There are 60 supplements in a jar and they are the standard size so not too difficult to swallow. I find they do leave a little bit of an aftertaste but it's not too bad. The recommended dose is two per night so this means they'll only last a month which makes them quite pricey at £1 a night. I have found them to be similar to another brands sleep product I've been using (which is also just as expensive!) On the first night I tried just one supplement and it was about equal to the previous brand I'd been using, it helped me fall asleep quicker and I slept a little bit better than without it but I still woke up tired and not feeling refreshed. The second night I tried taking two and noticed exactly the same so from then on I just took one each night as if it makes no difference I might as well have one and make the jar last longer! I have noticed that since I've been taking these instead of the very similar previous brand that I've been waking up around 4am and struggling to get back to sleep. Maybe this is just a coincidence but it hadn't been happening previously. I might switch back to the other sleep product and see whether that continues. I think this is an okay product, it helps me fall asleep but I still wake up tired and not feeling refreshed.
