Quick delivery, great product
Quick delivery and great product. Finally an emergency card that gives enough space to write all my meds and medical info. A bit pricey but when it comes to safety in an emergency it's worth it. Wish it was red like most emergency cards instead of blue so it would be easily recognized easier as emergency info

Emergency card
This card is a must for your loved ones. IT has enough space to ist multiple medications, emergency contacts and personal info such as allergies etc. IT all fits on the card, folds up and fits nicely in your wallet. I am an RN and would highly recommend this to anyone!!

Great product!!
I have narcolepsy and asthma. I pr this on the back of my phone so I would always have my medical history with me. I love that I can put my card on my phone and also carry my ID if I need to. The card itself is not protected very well, causing wear from keeping the phone in my pocket. Other than that, great product.

Good to carry in your wallet!!!
These are great for carrying in your wallet. I filled one out and put them in my 80 year old dad’s wallet so if he ever forgets any of his medications when he is at the doctors office when filling out paperwork he will have all the information right there in his wallet. Also if medical staff need to know his medicines he will have it available. Also has his emergency contact information on it so medical staff will call me in an emergency.

A should have for every one.
Send these out to my family members so they can have their medical info and be identified in an emergency. I put them in the Christmas cards I sent out. This is something most people do not think about. Cards looked like they have all the pertinent info on them.

CAN'T USE BALL POINT PEN
I was thrilled to have found a medicine record card that provided space for all of my important information. However, I went through 2 cards just trying to enter information with a ball point pen. The big problem here is all ink smudges leaving a black or blue mess to read. These cards are coated and wont accept ink. I tried pencil but the writing comes out too light to read. What a waste of money.
