What form of calcium is it? Carbonate or Citrate?

I am not a chemist but I believe this form of Calcium is neither Carbonate or Citrate. But rather it is in a stabilized iconic form, which is more readily absorbed. This product is created by Dr. Carolyn Dean. She has written a wonderful book called The Magnesium Miracle. Everyone should read it, or at least parts of it. Using her products has completely elevated my health for the better in a very short time.

Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?

Doesn’t need to be refrigerated but also doesn’t hurt it.

Can this reverse tooth decay if it has not reached the nerve as yet?

Although I do not know the answer to this, I would have to say that I don’t think so. This might be a question best answered by your dentist. My experience has been that my body cannot absorb and/or utilize calcium that does not come from an organic source, such as food. It’s a $36 gamble to find out whether your body can utilize this “stuff”.
