Reebok Fitness Multipurpose Adjustable Aerobic and Strength Training Workout Step Platform for HIIT, Cardio, and General Sessions

Love how big and solid this is. No give. Works great. Can step while watching tv and not have to look at your feet. Well worth the purchase! Highly recommend. :)

There are four things I like about this unit. First, it has non-slip rubber feet combined with enough weight that it will not slip out from under one when taking a step. Second, it is big enough that one can for example watch TV while stepping without worrying whether one's step may miss. Third, it does not bend or yield at all during use suggesting a long and trouble-free lifetime (I weigh 150 lbs, 190 lbs with hand weights). Fourth, height adjustment with a clever spring locking mechanism is easy requiring but a single pull and reinsertion push for each of the two feet. The feet stay locked in place when the unit is lifted and moved. The top surface is rough, good for limiting slipping, but perhaps requiring socks or shoes for comfort. A no-nonsense piece of equipment of a build and design one would expect to find at professional PT outfits. Moreover, for me at least, the unit an intriguing work of art, fun to have around.

Perfect aerobic stepper! Durable/sturdy and safe. If you have it on the lowest setting without adding the red risers, I recommend putting an exercise mat underneath, to avoid slipping. There was slight slipping on my hardwood floor as I did my dance aerobic class at-home. With a gripping mat underneath, it’s fantastic! Great value for the price! Size is perfect for at-home gym or fitness center. On the lowest setting, it’s still a bit higher than other “traditional” steppers that come with extra risers. However, I feel this stepper was a great choice and is very durable!

It's hard to decide which of these types of exercise steps one should buy. I get very frustrated. Eventually I came upon this. It is really well made and well worth the price. Be careful choosing an exercise step. Many of them are too narrow for your safety. My eyesight isn't the best. One thing to know is that professional physical therapists use this product. It's really rugged. I doubt if it'll ever wear out. Get this one. It's really worth it.

This step platform is wonderful. It's sturdy and stable, which is very important for safety. It stays in place no matter how fast or vigorously I use it. This is a high-quality step platform. I use it to exercise in front of the TV. I simply walk up and down the step, and it really raises my heart rate. It's an efficient, effective way to exercise indoors. I've heard that step exercise is good for several aspects of fitness: cardiovascular, balance, and bone strengthening. I've never done step exercise until now, but I am glad I stumbled upon this option.

Years ago I toppled off a step bench and suffered a severe ankle injury that required surgery. This was on the type of step bench where the risers stacked together but did not lock into place. So picking up step aerobics again after nearly 2 decades, I knew I wanted the type of step bench where the risers snap in and can't wobble. I wanted to feel very stable. This step bench is stable. However, with being out of shape and 2 decades older than when I used to do step, I have the bench on the lowest setting. This step bench is taller than the other step benches. Which means that on the lowest setting, it's more like other benches with 1 riser in place. So that adds to the workout. I have deducted 1 star for how grippy the top of the bench is. The grip makes some moves, such as spins and shuffles difficult to execute to the point of needing modification. This is currently not a huge problem as I am sticking to classes where the music isn't super fast and the combinations are more basic, but could become a problem when I'm ready to increase speed and difficulty.

Der Reebok Step ist einfach großartig! Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und sehr stabil – selbst bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten bleibt er absolut rutschfest. Die Höhenverstellung ist super praktisch, sodass man das Training individuell anpassen kann. Besonders gefällt mir die große, rutschfeste Oberfläche, die ein sicheres Gefühl gibt. Ideal für Step-Aerobic, Kraftübungen oder Cardio – ein echtes Multitalent! Für mich hat sich der Kauf absolut gelohnt, klare Empfehlung für alle, die zu Hause effektiv trainieren möchten.

It is so good and great quality but maybe a little on heavy side for few.

The Reebok step feels very sturdy and secure, and it’s easy to switch among the 3 different heights - it just clips in place. It’s not heavy, so easy to move in and out of my closet, where I store it. I’m very glad I purchased the Reebok step, even though it costs more than the alternatives. It arrived surprisingly quick for such a large-sized box.
