I am the 'Mum' of the son who requested the PS5 for Christmas. This charging dock is absolutely brilliant. Easy to install. Fantastic value for money. Takes up no additional desk space, sits snugly on top of the PS5. Light colours advise immediately if unit charged and ready to use, or if still charging. Controllers fit onto the socket spikes securely and great place to hang the headphones too. Best tech item I have bought in years. Agree with other reviewers. You would not know this was not a Sony accessory and why or why did Sony not invent it themselves!

Got this for our 8 year old son. It's perfect, keeps everything neat and tidy, and also stops him having to put the charging wire in and out of the controller all the time.

The design of this 3rd party accessory is of outstanding quality. The overall look stays well within the theme and looks every bit as though it were Sony's own. It works well with easy docking and rapid charge. If your ps5 is set up vertically, the unit sits snuggly on top without obstruction of vents impeding the console's cooling! Suitably impressed they have other add-ons like a stand which looks to me to be better than the stand provided. I like this brand...💯😁

Excellent item fits my PS5 digital perfect. It even has a power button so I can turn it off at night so lights do not bother me as kept in bedroom .

This unit comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable with right angled plugs. If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see their preferred cable route from the back of the unit, underneath it following the track channels and DOWN THE FRONT of the PS5 into the USB-C there. With the right angled plug, it can't even run in a straight line down the front and frankly looks stupid. If it had a short USB-C to USB-A it could just neatly go down the back of the PS5 to the sockets there instead of down the front. This doesn't bother me as I wanted to plug it in to the mains so that I can charge controllers when the PS5 is off. This unit is perfect for me because I can charge use the headphone slot at the front to hold my 3rd controller which is really neatly spaced while the back 2 are charging. The ability to use the on/off button at the front to switch off the unit whilst not in use is also great as I don't want to be pulling out and pushing USBs in all the time just to switch the blue light off. If you have 3 controllers and want to connect it to the mains, this is the absolute best.

I wanted something to charge my controller and hold my headphones. This fits the bill perfectly. Easy to fit and keeps things that little bit tidier.

Compact and stylish charging port. Sits atop the PS5 and looks part of the overall console, not an add on. Quick charges 2 controllers at once, LEDs turn blue once fully charged enabling you to switch off with the on/iff switch at the front easily accessable. Slot for headphones on front, however fits another ocntroller perfectly (red controller space) which I use it for as three of us play regularly.

I like this thing. If nothing else, it's a good controller and headset stand. Since it plugs into the PS5, it doesn't charge when the PS5 is off which I think is a good thing. The PS5 allows for 2 hours of charging after it's placed in standby mode, the it turns off the power. This is a good power saving feature. I wish it came with a USB a to USBC right angle cable instead of. C TO C cable since the PS5 only has a USB C port on the front. It routes the cable so it's out of the way though. I am not sure if the spot for the headset is just a stand or a capacitive charger since I use a wired headset. But I just rest it there.
